The procedure for submission of appeals, complaints and claims by consumers
  • The procedure for submission of appeals, complaints and claims by consumers regarding the quality of the supply of electric energy and the provision of notifications about the threat of electrical safety and their consideration: Appeals, complaints and claims of consumers regarding the quality of the supply of electric energy and notifications of consumers about the threat of electrical safety must be made in writing and submitted in person or by mail to the address:

  • Received appeals, complaints, claims and messages from consumers are considered in accordance with the procedure and time limits established by the Rules for the use of electric energy and the current legislation of Ukraine.

Procedure for pre-trial settlement of disputes
  • Dispute resolution procedure

  • All disputes and disagreements that may arise regarding the interpretation and application of the Natural Gas Supply Agreement or in connection with it, in accordance with the Natural Gas Supply Rules, approved by the Resolution of the NCRECP dated September 30, 2015 No. 2496, will be resolved by the Parties through negotiations and consultations.

  • In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement of the Parties in the process of negotiations and consultations, such a dispute is referred for resolution to the Regulator of the Natural Gas Market in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On the National Commission Carrying Out State Regulation in the Fields of Energy and Public Utilities" and/or referred for consideration to a court in compliance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

  • The decision made by the Regulator during the pre-trial review of the dispute is binding on the parties to the dispute and may be appealed in court.
