1. current prices (tariffs), according to which the calculation is carried out, with a separate indication of the elements of such prices (tariffs) in terms of the price of electric energy (as a product), the tariff for the transmission of electric energy, the tariff for the distribution of electric energy, the price (tariff) for services with electricity supply, taxes and their amount, dispatch component, cost of commercial accounting service, other components (if available);

2. the value of the previous and current readings of the measuring device, including by time periods of the day in the case of calculations based on tariffs differentiated by time periods of the day;

3. the amount of electrical energy in the order of the provision of data by the electricity supplier to consumers regarding their consumption of electrical energy;

4. the amount of the provided housing subsidy and/or benefit (if available);

5. the amount of the provided compensation in case of non-compliance by the electricity supplier (system operator) with the indicators of the quality of electricity supply;

6. excess (overpayment) of paid but not consumed electric energy or underpayment for consumed but not paid electric energy;

7. addresses, telephone numbers, websites for submitting applications, claims and complaints and providing notifications about a threat to the safety of operation of electrical systems;

8. requisites for payment of consumed electric energy (electricity supplier's settlement account, personal account number or consumer contract number);

9. the period for which the calculation is made;

10. the amount to be paid and the date by which it must be paid;

11. conditions, including the period during which the consumer must inform his electricity supplier in advance about the desire to change the electricity supplier;
