Conclusion of Contracts online

The private enterprise "Energotranszahid" is actively working to improve the quality of service to its customers. We introduced the possibility of concluding a contract for the supply of electric energy to the consumer remotely using the following services: https://czo.gov.ua/sign , https://vchasno.ua/ , the "ME Doc" software complex.

To conclude an agreement on the supply of electric energy using electronic communication means, you need to perform the following steps:

• Familiarize yourself with the public Agreement on our website. Choose the Commercial offer under the terms of which you wish to continue working.

• Send the following list to our email etzahid1@gmail.com :

  • - A completed and signed application for joining and its annex indicating the number of the selected Commercial offer;

  • - Completed Appendix No. 3 "Volumes of consumption";

  • - A letter of an arbitrary nature with the details of your company and the specified email address for electronic document management;

  • - A scanned copy of the Order on the appointment of the manager certified by the manager (if signed by another person, Power of Attorney for the signatory);

  • - A certified scan copy of the Charter in force at the time of signing (excerpt from the Charter indicating the head's powers);

  • - A certified scan copy of the Regulations on the branch (if available);

  • - A certified scan copy of the Extract from the EDR valid at the time of signing the Agreement (formed no later than 10 days before the submission of the application for joining);

  • - A certified scan copy of the Extract from the register of VAT payers and a copy of the TIN assignment certificate;

  • - Contact details of the person responsible for concluding the Agreement (e-mail, mobile phone number).

• Our specialists will properly prepare the Agreement and all its Annexes and send it to your e-mail address for final verification.

• If you agree to sign the Agreement, we will send you all the necessary documents signed with the help of the KEP to your e-mail or to the electronic document exchange system "Vchasno", "M.E. Doc".

If there is a need to obtain a paper copy of the contract, this must be additionally noted in the letter. A paper copy of the contract can be sent by registered mail to the subscriber's registered address or the address of the electricity supply facility, as well as by Nova Poshta with delivery to the specified branch (at the consumer's choice).

Please note that you must have a qualified electronic signature (KEP) to sign documents. A legal entity can obtain KEP services at one of the accredited key certification centers (ACSC) at the link: https://czo.gov.ua/ca-registry.
